Sungaze is the genre-bending project of husband and wife Ian Hilvert and Ivory Snow. Drawing from a wide array of influences, it's not uncommon for an album to feature a heavy, grunge-laden track followed by an upbeat dream pop anthem with a country lilt. Their would-be-opposing angles are woven together by a cinematic thread, creating one cohesive sculpture of sound.
